Shipping Returns Policy
Our Shipping Returns Policy is in the Followings:
Our refund policy is 30 Days. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Our products are shipped within 4-12 business Days using the following carriers: FedEx UPS DHL. If your purchase products is not ready, it may take 3 business days to prepare. To return your product, you should mail your product to: Necattin Özdemir Hediyelik El Sanatları Ticareti / Genç Osman Mahallesi Kirazlı Sokak No:1 D:8, Güngören Türkiye — İstanbul Turkey 34165. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and Ottoman Sword encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
If you refuse to pay the fees and taxes when you arrive in your destination country, the goods will be returned to the Ottoman Sword at the customer’s expense or the return delivery fee will be very expensive by us, and the return will not be accepted by the customs. In this case, our company will not refund money.
If you change your mind before receiving your order, we may accept cancellations at any time before the order has been shipped. However, cancellation cannot be accepted for personalized products.

Process for parcel lost in-transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
If Customs Refuses Delivery
All customs procedures and any customs or import taxes that may occur are the buyer’s responsibility. No refunds or exchanges can be made for products that have not been cleared by the buyer from customs.
Each country’s customs procedure is different. Our customers are responsible for knowing the customs procedures in their own countries.
If Customs seizes an item and does not deliver it, there are no returns, refunds or exchanges.
If you deliver the same product to a country hundreds of times, but rarely, customs will not deliver a product this time without giving a reason, and return the product to the sender.
In this case, it may take 2 to 3 months for the product to be returned, cleared by customs and returned to us. In this process, there can be no return, refund or exchange unless the product is delivered to us by Turkish customs.
If the product is not delivered to us, there are no refunds, returns or exchanges.
When the product is delivered to us, the departure fee and the return fee, if any, are collected from the buyer, and if there is any change left, it can be returned to the customer.
